Mild - This mild cheese embodies a rich, creamy, buttery flavor with a smooth texture. It melts well on a grilled cheese or raclettes and is the perfect addition for scalloped potatoes.
Cumin - Cumin is a very herbal cheese with a distinct spice; yet, sweet undertones.
Smoked - The smoked cheese offers a delicious smoked flavor with a unique woodsy undertone. Add a slice of Smoked with ham and apple to make a quesadilla.
