We age our cheese at least 60 days; but, some are aged up to nine months to bring out more flavor. In addition to our traditional, Dutch-style cheese, we also offer seven additional flavors as well as an aged and Spanish-style cheese.
Springy and fresh and famous for their squeak, we are so excited to announce that we now have cheese curds! Curds give you an eye into the magic of cheese-making, since all cheese starts by separating the curds from the whey.
This cheese is hand ladled to perfection. Its fluffy texture offers a unique combination of freshness and tang. Often used in place of cream cheese or creme fraiche it is incredibly smooth and full of delicious flavor.
